Poster Mockup
I was tasked to create an audition poster for an RIT Performing Arts production of the play, Ordinary Days. Out of over 50 submissions, my design was selected to create the promotional material for the showcase. Thus, I and the Performing Arts creative team created various applications including the program cover, social media posts, website banners, and event graphics.
The show highlights four people going about their separate lives, how they are united, and shows how the small things truly have an impact, especially in a place as big as New York City.Because of the show's simplicity in both script and set design, I decided to keep the design fairly minimalistic, managing to highlight important elements of the play while getting them to fit together like puzzle pieces (similar to how the four main characters become connected). The illustration was created in Procreate and the designs were organized in Adobe InDesign.
